Focus of the funding I need here is
I seek finance to purchase at least one of two 'Exporation leases' in Western Australia. As I am yet to secure the purchase from the vendor, that is all I am prepared to say about its location. Only to say, that there are other opportunities out there should this vendor sell to someone else.
TO MINE THE SITE
West Australian laws state that, the holder of an exporationl license has the right to apply and get a mining lease on the site. There are minor costs and steps to get past, however I am confident in getting past them all.
The Rail insurance
A specialist niche market, to provide legally required cover for rail operators in Australia.
The type of insurance is not currenlty provided in Australia, and only Lloyds of London do provide it.
What I aim to do, is introduce a somewhat simple and easy to use insurance service, one of which does away with all of the paperwork and saves the train owner too.
The mine shall funciton as an underwriting security for the insurance.
There are technical hurdles in the way insurance providers are regulated here. However, I hope with the recent series of 'repeal days' of the current Government, silly hurdles shall be removed one day soon.
