Yard Fence for dogs

Hi. This is for my dogs.

I have left my 2 dogs in my hometown over a year ago because I couldnt keep them with me. I am just renting a dormitory in Taguig. Few months back, my family and I had a serious misunderstanding because I thought they gave them to someone else already until few days ago, we have spoken online and they told me they keep my dogs. I was really in tears of joy and if only I can, I will go home now. What made me sad though was what I saw in the video and pictures. They were still tied up on a post/wall of their mini bed. They have never been free on the yard playing, walking and running just how a normal dog should be.

Although I am employed, I couldnt afford the cost of wood fence for our house in our province so the dogs will be finally free from roaming around.
