Hi, my name is Yahni and I am a 10 year old who lives and breathes football. I play up to 6 times a week and am in love with the sport. My team and I have had many achievements which include coming first in JSSL league in Singapore twice in a row and we also came first two years in a row in JSSL 7's. Winning JSSL 7's is a very large victory because it is the largest youth football tournament in Asia and 15 countries come to Singapore to participate. My personal achievements is getting the Most Valuable Player in the team JSSL and also getting Most Improved Player in Turf City Football Club. My team is going to play in one of the best youth football tournaments called Iber Cup and I would be so honoured to go, but it's too expensive. Going to Iber Cup will be an amazing experience for me as there are many scouts there who can sponsor me to live my dream. There is a problem here though. I am a privileged kid who has food to eat, a home to live in and a good school to go to. I have decided that it would be very unfair to raise money only for myself so I am going to give half of all funds received to Mphatso Children's Foundation. My teacher, Mr Geoff Trevaskis, will take the money to the unprivileged kids of Malawi, Africa. These children eat the exact same rice porridge every single day so with the money that we raise, they will be able to have proper meals. We will need the funds by the middle of June. Thank you so much for helping me to achieve my dream and help underprivileged kids in Africa.
