Xyd “Baby Fighter” Delos Santos

Dear Madam/Sir,

The purpose of this post/ letter is to help my partner to prolong the life of our daughter Xyd Jaylo Delos Santos. She was born last June 27, 2018. She was born weighing only 600 grams, 34cm long and struggled for more than two weeks to be kept alive in World Citi Medical Center (WCMC). She is considered as a premature baby since she was only 25 weeks old when I gave birth to her via normal delivery. We love her so much, and we don't want to give up because we know that she is fighting for us as much as we are fighting for her.
As of the moment, we are spending more than 25,000 pesos a day to prolong her life. Her PEDIA explained to us that since she is a premature baby her internal organs such as lungs, the heart and etc. is not yet fully developed. That is the reason why she needs to incubate and supported with hospital apparatus. Unfortunately, we can't produce 25,000 pesos a day on our own. I'm asking your kind heart to help us save our little angel. We want to see her grow and have an opportunity to live. Any amount of money will be a big help. I also hope that you can spread the word to everyone that can help us now.
