TellThemRadio is run by Charles Haskell and a small group of dedicated people interested in the importance of history and heritage.
The free internet site www.tellthemradio.com plays a selection of music and sound from the years 1920 to 1969. It also has a
wide range of history shows, locally recorded interviews and biographies.
For many years Charles has acted as tour guide and organiser taking individuals and school groups to the WW1 Battlefields of
The Somme in France ,Ypres in Belgium and the WW2 D-Day Beaches in Normandy.
The Tell Them Radio tours are suitable for people tracing family trees to remember lost loved ones or researching members
of their family who served on the battlefields in France and Belgium.
We are happy to visit graves in Cemeteries "off the beaten track "
Sometimes it is difficult for visitors to find the right words to write in the Books of Remembrance at any Cemetery and we
suggest : "Always Remembered!" or " Tell them we came "

Charles also gives regular history related lectures.

Monies raised by TellThemRadio are used to -

* In UK schools arrange annual prizes to children showing a marked improvement in and enthusiasm for history

* Subsidise youngsters whose parents are unable to raise the full cost of their child going on school battlefield tours with TellThemRadio (maximum of 2 children per school trip with TellThemRadio)

* Make payments towards research into the health problem known as A.R.D. (Adhesion Related Disorder)
