Major auto collision on 10/31/14 wiped me out. Due to an ongoing investigation i cant get paid. No transportaition or monitary assistance from insurance companys or lawyers indefinetly. I was under the asumption that if you drive a new car with full coverage insurance and get wiped out then your insurance company has your back and takes care of you. not so, apparently mine " explorer" will let me go "all" the way down. Banks wont back me on another auto loan until my insurance pays off my currant loan. Explorer has no sense of urjency and wont give me a time line. So i asked my insurance company, "how am i supposed to generate income without transportation"? They advised me to contact unemploement and or social services, wtf kind of advise is that?
