I recently had a wrongful injunction filed against me in the state of Florida by a former coworker. We both worked at a call center together, and he seemed a decent person at the start.

Beginning of May 2019, I had to cancel my apartment lease as the complex would not fix my AC, and in Tampa Florida you risk heat stroke without it. I have an ESA animal who I worried would hyperventilate, and after explaining mybsituation to the coworker, he informed his father who was renting out rooms in a modified 2 story house. When I did a sweep of the room I was in, I noticed it was dirty and run down and no AC unit, but my coworker assured me his pops was working on it. However, when the time came when I cancelled my apartment lease, as I was walking into the house, he informed me no AC unit was being installed and I would have to buy my own.

I attempted to purchase a unit but had not enough money for a unit and rent, which his father was expecting. I informed the landlord that AC would come out of the rent, but he said he had one he would install. He pulled out an old unit full of asbestos and spider eggs. I became frustrated and left to stay with another friend.

I informed my coworker of the situation and, after living in sweltering temperatures for up to 3 weeks, told him how unfair he had been to me and the predicament I was in. He accused me of being ungrateful and racist, and (wholeheartedly) I said I hoped his son never ended up like him (his 6 month old son is in custody of the coworker's baby mama; I've only ever seen pictures of him, though he is sweet looking).

The coworker became angry (understandably) but also became verbally violent. He said hed take matter to court and that I messed with the wrong person. He claimed hed get his baby mama to take care of me. The next day I was informed by my job that I was terminated and they provided me the injunction form which stated I tried to kill his 6 month old son.

As a 28 year old mixed Puerto Rican and Caucasian women current living with my best friend who is black, his claims of racism were absurd, but the false allegations that I tried to attack a baby are groundless, criminal, and repulsive. Apparently in the state of FL, not much evidence is needed to enact a temporary injunction.

I need funds by June 8, 2019 so that I may hire a proper defense lawyer to clear my name.
