Welcome to our 2nd Season of Music, brought to various venues & events through the Wisconsin Roots Music Cooperative! Please consider renewing or joining with a membership for the 2019 year, and help continue to make Viroqua a music destination, and the shows we provide FREE for all.

Wisconsin Roots Music Cooperative is a unique cooperative of musicians, listeners, producers and workers that is poised to revolutionize the independent music industry in the upper Midwest. In 2015, the Wisconsin Roots Music Cooperative was organized by a group of musicians intent on creating an organization to market their music and represent not only their interests, but the interests of their fans and larger supporting communities by creating direct relationships.

This vibrant network of people has a mission to represent all interests, by creating and operating a cooperative composed and owned by musicians, listeners, producers and workers. We have an established cooperative framework, bylaws and founding Board of Directors, ready to bring this vision to life! We need to gather members and raise funds for the initial year, which to be able to provide the membership and the greater community a season of FREE music, while paying the musicians a stable wage.

Music, at it's heart, is about connection. From paying the artists, to sound, lights, marketing and overall show operational costs, your membership is truly building a community connection. And we couldn't be more grateful or proud of the one we are.
