Wright Time, Wright Place Event Center

Wright Time, Wright Place Events is a Wedding and Event Planning Company that will be opening their own venue in the Dayton Area in 2021. We are currently looking into renovating a former school building. When we are all finished with the renovations, the building will have three separate venue rooms. The largest venue room, which will be call the "Stanza Della Luce Stellare" (which, when translated, means "The Starlight Room") will be able to accomodate up to 1,000 guests in one event, or up to 500 guests with the room divided for two events.

The next room will be called Bella Pietra (which, when translated, means "Beautiful Stone") and will be able to accomodate up to 400 people.

The final room will be called La Soffitta (which, when translated, means "The Loft") will be able to accommodate up to 250 people.

Each of these three rooms will have corresponding bridal and groom suites, in which the bridal parties will be able to get ready for their big events.

Along with these three venue rooms, Wright Time, Wright Place Events Center will also have a wedding chapel, two conference rooms, and an outdoor space designated for outdoor events.

All of our package prices will include the rooms/spaces for a certain amount of time, all tables and chairs needed for the event, and table linens (in choice of white, black, or ivory). We will also have additional services (i.e. photography, caterer, DJ, etc.) available to be booked through the Event Center in an a la carte fashion. The more services booked through the Event Center, the larger discount we'll be able to offer on the total overall price.

The purpose of this fundraiser is to collect funds so that we are able to purchase the linens, tables, chairs, storage for these items. By having these items on site, our clientele will be able to save money by not having to rent these items for their event.
