Wow! recovery service is a home from hospital service for vulnerable older people leaving hospital and needing social care support to recover within their home. We will deliver 45 hours social care services until they are fit and well enough and back to their independent live within the community with loved ones family and friends.The services we will provide will be - Personal care (washing and dressing) -Cleaning -Shopping & collecting pension - Laundry -Meal Preparation - Escort to medical appointments etc -Personal Assistant Recruitment service As a not for profit business we want the funds to pay for salaries for the key staff who will be delivering the service also staff protective clothing, marketing, and transport to take our patients home rather than depending on the NHS transport.
