Hi!

I woul'd like to start a website where everybody from everywhere in the world could donate everything! My idea is to create a platform that can allow people to share really everything: from material goods, like old books, Cds, dressesmoney, tickets etc, to something more "spirtual" like....time, good advices?, a ride to a concert, an idea, a kiss, hospitality...well I'would like people share everything. The only limit is that everything on the website must be totally free. No money, no trade, no other requests..only spontaneous gifts.

If you think...everyone has something that can share or donate that others can need or find useful, even if it's not of high value and if thousands people decide to join this project WorlWideGift coul really became a point of reference to find something useful or just interesting.

I really hope this coul'd be in the future, not only a place to find free stuff, but also a gathering point for people with same interest ad same altruistic attitude, a place to start a frindship or a journey or any kind of positive experience. Users can describe donated items and share the stories behind them and the reasons that driven them to donate. This sure can be a starting point for a friendship, a lovestory or any kind of relationship between people linked by the same interests or altruistic soul

The goal is to create communities of people based, not only on their unselfish attitude, but also on common interests, allowing users to discuss them. The website will be divided in arears of interests where users can find items belonging to that category (ex. books) and discuss about that kind of items via dedicated chat and forum, allowing people to aggregate on the basis  of their tastes.

The Funds are requested for:

- creating and developing the website in according to web designer's project and estimate (which will be published soon)

- administration and maintenence of the website (banner exchange, tags work, search engines work etc.)

- everything related to advertising and commercial (Ads, gadgets, merchandising, logo etc.)

- server purchase and housing

I really belive in this project as something that can be really useful and funny for everyone and I do want it will be realized. I'm also confident that many people will belive in WorldWideGift as I do and will help me starting this adventure.
