Every single cent contributed by you today will be put into the Investment Fund to raise money and give back to society. The returns and profits from this Investment Fund will be contributed to charitable organisations. This aims to take advantage of the compounding growth of the stock market, and making significant contribution to improving the lives of others.

"Every cent counts" - all charities say this.. But stop for a moment and think about it. How long can $100 last for a young unfortunate kid growing up? It is barely enough to feed him for a month in urban cities all over the world.

But what if by donating to this Investment Fund, and your $100 can grow exponentially, with the earnings year after year going to help kids abandoned by our fast-moving society to improve their livelihood and get off a better footing towards a better life?

Most importantly...

1) We aim to achieve an annual return of at least 15% net in the long run. This will be a market beating return.

2) All donations will be made in your name.

3) Our Investment Fund and donations will be as transparent as it can be. We will allocate the profits and earnings of this portfolio towards charity, reinvesting and administrative cost. For a start, when we achieve our goal of $20,000, we will donate 20% of the gains to charity, 70% to reinvest and 10% for the administrative costs involved.

Who are we actually? We are not big names Fund Managers nor Investment Gurus. We are your very typical neighborhood friend that started learning about investing to make our lives better. Over time, we gained more knowledge from reading and put our own money into the stock market by ourselves instead of with fund managers. We dare not say we are experts but we set our commitment to make it work. And while we are at this, why not make something meaningful out of it?

Some Technicalities...

Undoubtedly, we want to do our part for society. By putting our interests together into the financial world, we aim to create a common portfolio that will generate greater returns. It will be slow, it will be a long journey. But with all investments, the longer, the greater, the better. We have come up with a tiered system for the allocation of the earnings, illustrated in the table below.

Once we hit $20,000 in Assets Under Management (AUM), all dividends earned will be allocated in the respective percentages (i.e. $1000 of dividends, $200 goes to charity, $700 goes back to the portfolio, $100 goes to running costs). With the larger percentage that will be reinvested, it allows the Fund to grow. As the fund gets bigger, it makes greater sense to give a larger amount towards charity. With this in mind, our portfolio allocation will consist of high dividend yield stocks as well as value growing stocks.

It doesn't take much from you. You can choose to donate any amount you wish. Be it $1, $5, $100 or more. By donating to this Fund, it empowers us in ways you can never imagine. Seeing the money donated into this fund by the greater community, by people who we do not personally know, we have an even greater determination to ensure we do not disappoint you nor the next generation of young unfortunate children.

We hope that you can support our cause and we will be documenting down our journey in this. As we receive our first fund, it will be put straight into the market, and once we earn our first gain, it will be donated into the charity. We will need to ensure the right beneficiary is chosen thus to ensure your money will not be a waste.
