A Historical Wood construction 6 Metre Class yacht needing saving.
Sadly after her owner passed away, she was abandoned, as is, she was halfway stripped during her restoration process, her owner passed away during her restoration, and everything was stolen from her inside a very reputable boat yard in my town.
These vessels are the reason competitive sailing exist to this day!
VEGA is a priceless vessel, the only one of three ever built in africa, the only known one to have survived, she is built from Circa 1930 Honduras Mahogany, and this wood is very rare and valuable already, and needs saving to avoid becoming.
She has been verified by the 6 Metre International Rule Class as a rule period 3 vessel, circa implementation 1933.
I intend to teach students how to build wood vessels, and create replicas of her, and i desire assistance with funding the needed property and equipment i will, need in time to be able to teach students or willing people.
i have a tremendous request for people to pay me to study these vessels and their construction, but i cant afford the premises to Found the College.
i already have been donated franchise rights to a Registered college group, and this funding can complete the needed foundations to get a new era of Shipwrights certified.
PLEASE HELP US?
We can Save a vessel and secure the next generation, we automatically help feed a small isolated community that needs the employment opportunity, and create much needed exposure for the perfect sailing destination with yachts being built here.
We need your help to do this please?
we wil donate 10% of every vessel we build to a local charity as our way of saying thank you
