World Wide Views on climate and energy in Kinshasa

The RCP-Network is an African inter-regional network, managed and administered by the OLESDK / NGOs. The network headquartered in in Kinshasa (D.R.Congo) is the representative of all African French Countries civil society organization at the Global Committee of the UN-CBD Alliance.   The RCP-Network and its parent NGO (OLESDK) are officially accredited as a Civil Observer organization to the UN Convention on Climate Change UN-FCCC, the UN Convention on Biodiversity UN- CBD, United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs UN-ECOSOC, and at the the UN Conference on Trade and Development UNCTAD, and with the the UN Human Rights Council.   Indeed, after having realized in 2012 the International Project of the World Wide Views on Biodiversity conference in Kinshasa, on the initiative of Danish Board of Technology (Ministry of the Danish Environment), the UN Secretariat on Biodiversity UN- CBD through the support of Japanese Fund for Biodiversity; and since the Danish Board of Technology in collaboration with the French National Council for Public Debate and Public Missions (France), on the initiative of the United Nations Secretariat on Climate Change UN-FCCC, decided to organize this year 2015 a International Conference of the World Wide Views on climate and Energy, to integrate and address the major concerns of civilian population of the world during final negotiations in Paris on the Kyoto Protocol, as these populations are often forced to live with the consequences of decisions made by policy makers of the world during negotiations, the RCP-Network / OLESDK NGO in his capacity as Regional / National Partner of the World Wide Views Alliance, has hereby request a logistical and financial support for the Project of the World Wide Views on climate and Energy in Kinshasa, to be held in Kinshasa the 6 June 2015, as provided internationally. As this year we receive few fund than in the past World Wide Views project in 2012, we are obliged to reach the very big part this project fund by ourself to potential partners.
