Campaign Story
Global awareness and understanding is more essential than ever for our youth, and perhaps the best way to become more globally saavy is by travelling aboard. Experiencing new cultures not only opens student's eyes to the world, it also prepares them for the future.
Day One:
Arrive in Hawaii
Day Two:
Guided sightseeing of Honolulu including a visit to the Punchbowl cemetery, burial site for thousands of American veterans set inside the crater of an extinct volcano.
Visit the USS Arizona War Memorial
Visit the US Missouri
Day Three:
Visit the Pacific Aviation Museum
Visit the Submarine Museum
Day Four:
Travel to Nagasaki
Day Six:
Guided Sightseeing of Nagasaki including the Peace Park, Glover Garden, and the Atomic Bomb Museum
Day Seven:
Visit Mount Inasa
Meeting with an atomic bomb survivor
Day Eight:
Travel to Hiroshima
Visit the Hiroshima Prefectural Museum of History
Day Nine:
Guided Sightseeing of Hiroshima
Day Ten:
Excursion to Miyajiima Park
Day Eleven:
Take a Bullet Train to Osakaokar
Day Twelve:
Return home to Rhode Island
