Campaign Story
I have been part of the bleeding community all my life. I’m a carrier of Hemophilia A severe and we have records of 4 generations of hemophilia in our family.
I have been involved in the community all my life from been volunteer to been a president of the NMO in Macedonia. In 2008 I’ve received, Susann Skinner memorial fund and i attended the World Hemophilia Congress in Istanbul, Turkey. That was eye opening for me. Since then I have been focused on education, support and raising awareness for bleeding disorders. I’ve been translating many materials for my society, planning and organizing. Lately my work is focused on raising awareness for woman with bleeding disorders.
Three years ago, i moved in Denmark and im a member of the Danish Hemophilia society also. I try to connect my experience from developing countries and the knowledge from developed countries to create something beneficial for everyone.
This year I’ve been invited by WFH to be a speaker at the congress in Orlando and that is huge honor for me. Part of the expenses will be covered by WFH and part should be covered by myself. It would be great help if you can help me to cover some of my expenses since im still student and mother of 13 months old.
Thank you!
