I am Ross Gene Claire Abellanosa, from the beautiful Island of Cebu Philippines, I auditioned for the World Championships of Performing Arts Philippine Team 2017.I've entered and won several contests such as the Josenian Pop Idol-1999 University of San Jose Recoletos , The Technologian Pop Idol 2006 Cebu Institute of Technology andd The Nursing Idol representative of Cebu Institute of Technology- University.

Last year was 3 time defending champion for Tawag ng Tanghalan sa Showtime an ABS-CBN noontime show and a nationwide singing contest.

I was able to pass the auditions to be able to represent the Philippines on July 2017 in Long Beach, California. My chosen category is Vocal and my genre is Jazz, Gospel and Pop. My vocal range is mezzo soprano alto and contralto and i usually sing Whitney Houston,Anita Baker,Etta James,Diane Reeves,Toni Braxton and Beyonce.here are some audio files of me singing in video format. you can also search for me in youtube under Rossgene Abellanosa

This opportunity comes rarely for someone like me raised in a provincial town but growing up this has always been my dream.

Half of the cost for the registration has been funded amounting to 1860 dollars but we still need more for the half and for the ticket board and lodging

Official Deadlines of Payments:

March 1, 2017 (Registration fee and US Visa) = $1860

March 15, 2017 (Airfare/ All access pass) = $1200

April 10, 2017 (Lodging) = $645

May 15, 2017 (All Events Pass, Travel Insurance, etc.) = $620

Total = $4325
