Work Shoes and Commute

I'm embarrassed. My shoes have scuffs and is a size too big. I have about the same four work shirts and pants. Getting to work is expensive, as I don't have a car, and the commute is 21 miles each way. It's almost like I'm paying to work and not getting paid in the end.

Honestly, I am desperate for help. I've got a job, but my wages are being garnished (I was a stupid kid and made some mistakes) but I'm trying to be a good person. I think I am. I'm over two years sober, and I've got a steady job, but I've taken out those horrible pay day loans, then another to pay for that one. Then, one minor emergency becomes another need for a loan. Now I'm drowing in it, and I don't have any options.
