Work and Travel in Australia

Hi everyone, my name is Tim and I am going on a world trip but I need your help. I've love to travel since I am young and I have been to many countries but now I want to do something different! I am planing to go on a world trip and stay and work in Australia for as long as possible!

2011 till 2012 I have been to Australia before, I did an exchange year in Perth in western Australia. I was just 16 by the time and I were unsure what I will expect! Now I can say it was the best time in my life so far and I haven't been there since then. That's when I realized I have to go back... not just to do holidays I want to work there and see all my friends from my awesome time there again.

I've been there with the Rotary Youth exchange program and as a lot of people know, this organization does a lot to the people and help them. They even do campaign for global problems like polio and other great stuff! I also want to support the Rotary club there and do as many projects in my time when I am there.

But here's the big problem... as not a lot of people know, Switzerland and Australia had an argument in the past and it's really hard to get a working visa for Swiss people... I can't arrange a Work and Travel Visa only because I am Swiss and here is the problem. If I want to work and stay in Australia, I need a different work visa and they start at $4000. This is too much to handle for me at this time, I've just finished my apprenticeship as an optician and I am planing to go in march 2017. Before I am going to visit the US and Brazil before I first go to Australia. Once I am there I want to do first a bartender school in Sidney for 1month and then I will go back to Perth to hopefully work as an optician or as a bartender somewhere around the city. This school will cost me as well around $2000 but after It I will mix you the best drinks If you meet me somewhere around the globe ;) Your help and support would help me a lot to realize my dream to work and live in Australia!
