Won by One to Jamaica Mission Trip – Victoria Lewis

Over this coming winter break, I have the opportunity to go on a mission trip to Harmons, Jamaica with students from Mizzou Greek Life. We will be working with an organization called Won by One that employs Jamaicans to build schools, help out at the hospital, and work at a local resale shop. While we are there we will be working alongside these employees as we build relationships with them.

The cost of my trip covers my travel, food and accommodations, and contributes to the salaries of Jamaicans who work for Harmony House. In addition, I will be bringing two suitcases filled with 100 pounds of medical supplies and other donations.

I am incredibly excited to see how this trip will impact the lives of the Jamaicans and our group of volunteers, but we can’t make it happen alone. I would like to ask for your support either in prayer and/or through a financial donation. Any monetary amount that you would consider giving is greatly appreciated, however your thoughts and prayers are what will sustain me through this experience.
