Women in Sri Lanka

My name is Monika I am from Denmark. In connection with my work ( tea business ) I travel often to Sri Lanka and meet local women. Seeing their life my company decided to help them to change their misarable life. They work now under sustainable circumstances, 6 hours a week, get 20% salary in extra, free medicine and launch and english school once a week. But there is more we could do for them: they need help in learning personal hygenie, protect themself against dangerous wild animals in nature and sometimes their drunk husband. Moreover they should learn about computer, reading and writing also latin letters and get electric oven to cook ( smoke from cooking over fire kills several women). I would also like bring some of them to Denmark for seing life in Europe and make a movie about their life changes.
