WOMEN EMPOWERMENT CENTER IN EGYPT

• Mission and Vision

We aim to create a center focused on women's needs and issues they face daily.Our vision is not only to create a place for women to gather and enjoy time socializing and taking care of themselves, but also a space where they learn about how to be a women, a wife and a mother, where they achieve skills and they can share what they already know with other members.

1. Objectives

• To create an organization for Egyptian women where they can join without restrictions
• To organize courses and training sessions for women where they can learn basic facts about how to be a better woman, wife and mother;
• To give courses where women can achieve skills ;
• To inspire and motivate women to put goals and achieve them;
• To support gender equality and women empowerment
• To give women a place to socialize, make connections, learn and share what they know.
• To educate women so they can be better members of their families and our society
• To raise awareness about violence against women, early and forced marriage of young girls and to decrease divorceand unemployed women rate

2. Services

• Socializing club, women community only
• Courses center: self-awareness and women issues, business and entrepreneurship, self-defense, beauty and skills developing
• Conferences and events where women will participate to share and learn from each other
• Playground and afterschool for children.
• Paid Jobs as we aim to hire only women to work in this place.

3. Benefits and Features

• The women who will join our organization will have the opportunity to join activities and to attend different courses.
• Entrepreneurship, marketing, cooking, baking, sewing and makeup and self-defense courses offered by specialized trainers.
• A crafting and handmade club where women can create products that they can sell and share the revenue.
• How to deal as woman in a marriage, as wife, as mother (before marriage training so the young girls will learn what means to form a family, responsibilities and duties)
• A socializing club, a café, for women where they can meet and share ideas and information.
• Women who are able to give session to the others about a specific topic will be allowed to become trainers and share their knowledge.
• A beauty center and spa
• Afterschool and kids area for the time they attend session or just want to relax.

4. Who will benefit:

• This organization is created exclusively for women; they can join as member without any restrictions; the only requirement is the age- they should be over 15 years old.
• Any woman, regardless her social status, marriage status, color, financial status, can join and become member.
