Due to lack of employment opportunities and a high unemployment rate in South Africa, rather than looking up to the government or the private sector to create jobs for our youths and women, I have decided to become a part of the solution and opened BIF Forex Trading Institute, a company that specialises in giving out free bursaries to teach people how to trade the forex market profitably and employ the very same students when they graduate to be our accounts managers and training coaches to begin creating their own wealth through trading the company's money and training others as well.
As BIF Forex Trading Institute, our goal is to start by training 10 previously disadvantaged people, first preference given to women and youth, who pass our recruitment process and take them through a 6 months trading course. At the end of the course all students will be graduating and will begin working for the company, and we will enrol new students to train.
The funds will be used for training and study equipments, funding the first 10 live accounts, data bundles, telephone calls, administration and live online classes.
Our future goal is to have training institutions in all major cities in South Africa and mobile campaigns aiming at recruiting people in rural areas, especially matrix and university students who cannot be guaranteed immediate employment after finishing their studies.
