Woman Run Solar Project in Haiti

Hello, I am a Mechanical engineer with an MBA with over 20 years experience in Power, Environmental and Risk Management and a passion for Renewable energy. I am developing a 100 Kw solar project in Haiti with the goal to help empower women. We are requesting funding to cover project costs such as marketing, and other finances while the project is in preparation phase. Thank you for your consideration.

100 kw Microgrid will supply to homes and institutions.

Reduce fossil emissions from kerosene lamps, diesel and wood fuel

Increase security

Empower women who are often intimidated or kept out of business and political life by lack of electricity.

Create economic opportunities for women

Improve learning environment and reduce eye diseases in children.

Operations:

Project will integrate women participation in every facet of the value chain. Women will be trained to write and sell contracts, provide customer service and perform technical maintenance.
