Woman Entrepreneur in a 3rd. World Country

Hello,

My name is Fatima Estrada and I'm from Guatemala, Central America.

As you may know Guatemala is rated as a 3rd. World Country but we are a country that is struggling against many things to go out from that rate.

My culture is beautiful but still women struggles to have a name on any of the fields we want to develope. In my case I am a woman who has been knocking doors from banks and other institutions to have a loan or a partnership for my startup, which is a online magazine who gives another view of what happens in Guatemala, what is Guatemala, reminding people that in this country we still have the chance to work, study and not only survive, but to live and to not get risk searching those opportunities outside, I as the startup creator with your help be able to help people who haven't had an opportunity to develope their ideas and business and with this create jobs and give chances to those people to feed their own and families, starting a chain of help to others.

In Guatemala the problem is that we are many young women wanting to have a voice and have a job and show to the world, Guatemala and ourselves that we are capable of raising our families and country up. Going back to my reason of knocking this door is because the other doors I have knocked, the answer is: "Sorry, we cannot help you as you are too young (35) and you are a woman" I am not exagerating is the truth.
