Hi...my name is Paul Pecoskie. The pen name I use for my books and articles is Patrick Wolfe and I own a small publishing business...Lone Wolfe Enterprises.

I am attempting to start a unique philanthropic organization from the ground up...Wolfe Cubs Foundation for Children. 

When up and running Wolfe Cubs will provide assistance to local grassroots organizations that are working on behalf of needy children.

• We will offer professional consultants to help plan...promote and organize specific local charitable events. 

• We will also cover all administrative and operational costs for these specific projects. This way we can help ensure that 100% of all the proceeds generated by these events will directly benefit the needs of the children in your community.

The primary concept of Wolfe Cubs is to provide local children's charities with the same operational and promotional clout of national and global non-profit organizations. Our goal is to help disadvantaged children of the world one community at a time.

What we need right now are adequate funds to develop our Website and Database. 

This will be the command center for all of our operations.  We need to establish a strong presence on the World Wide Web to cultivate awareness and sponsorship. The ability to maximize our use of the internet will allow us to keep our overhead costs to a minimum.

It's no revelation that children all over the world are suffering from hunger and malnutrition, illiteracy, physical and emotional abuse and atrocities difficult to even fathom such as genocide.

And though this is a global problem...you don't need to look any further than your own neighborhood to find neglected children.

No doubt....there are a lot of concerned individuals and organizations that are trying desperately to provide assistance wherever and however they can.

Unfortunately...these endeavors are often quite expensive.  

Well-run fundraising events can cost up to 50 cents for every 1-dollar donation.

Many events end up costing more than they generate...so all the good intentions, selfless efforts and generosity end up accruing debt rather than providing benefit for a single child.

Our goal at Wolfe Cubs Foundation for Children is to make sure this doesn't happen with your charity events and fundraisers.

When benefactors make a contribution to Wolfe Cubs, they will be able to earmark specific regions they wish to benefit from their generosity. They may also direct their donation to a general fund...the proceeds of which will benefit areas in need that aren't receiving much outside assistance. 

Each contribution will be flagged with a unique identifying code. Every patron will be notified by e-mail when their donation has been disbursed and a summary of the specific event that benefited from their altruism will be forwarded as well.

Communities and local organizations will be able to petition our assistance through our website. 

We will allocate our assistance based on: 

• Available assets.
• Level of need. 
• Promise by petition of local commitment and support.

Our funding will be provided by corporate sponsorships...individual donations and proceeds we generate through internally operated business enterprises. 

Currently, my business Lone Wolfe Enterprises is donating 50% of all net profits from all generated income. 

We are planning to start here in the United States. But...our goal is to be operating on a global scale within 5 years.

As with any new venture...start-up capital is necessary. So anything you can do to help us accelerate our launch date will be greatly appreciated.
