We are a sister duo that have been involved with company start ups for +/- 25 years and we are really good at it. We have never had the opportunity to open up a shop for ourselves due to funding. We believe that this year is our year and would like to ask for any help we can possibly get to make this dream a reality. Please see below our company profile.

Witty Knitty will be an online shop that specializes in yarn and craft supplies for the young and old crafter. Owners Anita Lahav and Lau Carstens’ passion and vision are to inspire crafters to reach their crafting potential through modern and quality products to complete all your special and unique projects. We believe that making things by hand creates happiness and a sense of accomplishment. We offer a shopping experience that can inspire creativity and build confidence in our crafters ‘artistic abilities. We are committed to offering the best possible service to our crafters besides providing prompt service, we strive to support our crafters in their projects in any way that we can. We aim to understand what our crafters' needs are and will make a great effort in adding that to our online store. There are no plans to change how we operate, only to gradually improve the range of products we offer.

Our future plans are to open our shop in Bothasig, Cape Town and offer our crafters with products as well as knitting and crochet lessons. We will have a dedicated area in our shop where our crafters could come and socialize, attend our classes or just have a quiet friendly place to work.
