Existing business owner is retiring from the field after 39 years. He is willing to sell me his turn key business for a fee and carry the licenses until i get mine. I've been in the A/C industry for over 30 years. I have grown several businesses to Million dollar a month companies. This has not benefited me except for a weekly paycheck. I have proven systems ready to be implemented into this business to give it new life. The market here in Las Vegas is great for HVAC companies. There is new construction for both residential and commercial projects. This business does residential, Commercial and kitchen equipment. I've not had the privilege of being able to afford a business on my own, as money is hard to save, when every time i turn around, something comes up and wipes out any savings i may have had. This is an excellent opportunity for many reasons including the list of customers he has, recognizable name, perfect reviews, the phone rings daily requesting services, which he typically turns away. The sell would include everything needed to get started the first day - making calls and closing sells.
