Money for Faith. . ..... Hey my name is Corey De Andre . I'M a single father currently raising my 2 yr old daughter name Faith Smith. Faith wa s abandoned by here mother who decided that she's not ready for parent hood. So since the six month stage or faith life she has been over seen by me as her prince charming her own father. FAITH WAS diagnosed With a heart tumor in which the operation will give her a 50/50 chance on life .I am not wanting anyone to feel bad because we are all blessed in our own special ways. We have been in out of the hospital and my job has let me go .My main job is to provide the best care to the biggest blessing ever received. I have decided to raise money for Faiths operation which will take place in one month and also raise money for any helps on medical equipment she will need . I HAVE NO INSURANCE SO ANY PENNY OR CENTS OR DOLLAR will be a blessing well recieved. MAY GOD BE WITH US ON OUR CHANCES ON LIFE ..WE ARE STRONG WE ARE #TEAMFAITH.......
