WINGS – WOMEN IN NEED GET SUPPORT

WINGS – WOMEN IN NEED GET SUPPORT is a project intended to raise awareness locally, and globally for all women in need - single mothers, currently unemployed women, with exixtential problems and financial instability.

We want to be the wings that will reach the right person and help her when she needs it most.

The goal of this campaign is to start the process of setting up an NGO and raise € 5,000, which will cover the cost of setting up, building a website, space rental costs and marketing expenses for the first year.

Our ultimate goal is to establish a charitable foundation that would fund and help women in our community who we want to help overcome difficult life circumstances. Tho goal is to assign EUR 500 to 5 women every month. Our committee will carefully choose to whom the funds will be allocated and and will report it on the official website.

This project started from the very personal reason as I was unemployed and without a possibility to find a job in my profession, neglected by all sides of society. So, with this projectI hope to help and connect with other women who had experienced the same situation.

Who am I?
My name is Mirela, and I come from Croatia. I decided to combine my passion for helping others and personal experience of project management.

Who are we?
We are two colleagues planning to set up the Wings Foundation, an NGO that will serve as a platform for raising funds and distributing funds to women in need.

In order for this project to happen we are raising money to rent a space, to set up a webpage and to prepare marketing materials.
