Campaign Story
Mary has Geographic Atrophy Macular Degeneration which is a condition of the retina of the eyes resulting in total blindness. There is no cure for this type of eye disease. She has been referred by her local eye physician to a specialist at Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for evaluation and possible any clinical trials. She has an appointment for September 26, 2016. We are on a fixed income and no available funds for this trip.
