Willow Conservation Project Vision
A grassroots reef-welfare network taking direct action, by providing physical infrastructure and training to local communities, with a sustainable non-fishing model to protect, repair, manage, monitor and report on their coral reef systems.
Willow Conservation Project Is a self-funded venture to provide education, protection and enhancement of the coral reef systems, of the Andaman Sea. Funding currently comes from offering recreational divers and cruise passengers the opportunity to undertake meaningful leisure activities associated with conservation.
With our base on the existing live-aboard mother ship the Sailing Yacht Willow, we have access to all locations within the Thai West Coast region and can remain on sites for extended periods of time to facilitate projects. Willow is now fully prepared for diving, engineering and education, making it an ideal platform for the project.
We have the marine conservation and engineering skills to conduct coral nursery, reef-repair and reef-protection.
