To alot of people a mini bus is not a massive deal, but at a care home that provides assistance to people with mental health issues such as dementia it can make a world of difference. This care home provides amazing care for its residents but a minibus would open up the world again to its residents. My fammily have recently had to face the reality of what dementia can do to the human mind and how quickly it can progress. The prospect of the mini bus allows carers to offer the chance of keeping the residents minds stimulated and excited about still being able to see the world outside of the care home. So with that said we are looking to raise 25,000 pounds for a minibus, any help towards this would be much appreciated.
