Financial help after a stroke

I was released from the hospital a few days ago. I was in the hospital for 3 weeks recovering from a stroke. Wow what an adjustment it has been. I lost sensation in my left side and I have very little mobility. I will be going to outpatient therapy to get more rehab beginning next week. I am a 35 year old female who live has changed from day to another I have gone from being an independent working woman to be dependent even to take a shower. From what i gather and what the doctors say it will e recovery but I am willing to work at it to make myself better unfortunately I will not be working for a while and I cant get disability for at least 6 month. I am a typical person I live paycheck to paycheck. My husband doesn't have a job for 3 months so this is the reason I am asking for help. The rent and bills still need to get paid we still need to buy food and idont even want to think about the hospital bills.

Will you help me get by for a few months while my husband gets back yo work.. Thgnk you for any help
