Wildlife Rescue Volunteering in Indonesia

Hi everyone! My name is Ryan Burke and I am currently a Health Science major at Stockton University. I am hoping to spend a month this summer in Bali, Indonesia as a wildlife rescue volunteer! There I will be rehabilitating over 100 different types of endangered wild animals who have been displaced by deforestation while the country expands it’s exporting of goods like palm oil and rubber. During my volunteering experience, I will be able to provide care to these animals and work side by side with everyday professionals. This opportunity will not only allow me to make a difference in the lives of extraordinary animals but it will also provide me with the experience and knowledge I need to further my career in the field of Veterinary Medicine.
