WildLife Conservation

Hello My name is Hugo Mendes and I am 36 years old and from a small village in Portugal. I have always been in touch with the wildlife and animals. Over the last 10-15 years wildlife in my region has depleted a lot. A lot has to do with the lost of rural farming, as my village population gets older and incapable of farming a piece of land, most of the fruit trees have all died. We used to have a lot of bee hives, e remember that when I was young my grand dad has between 20-30 bee hives and I feel so sad that over the years every thing has been lost. I am trying to make a difference and I am trying my best to get things to what they were before. I have planted a couple of fruit trees in the field in different areas and I go around and water them twice a week, I have also put a couple of bird feeders but I would like to to much more. This is a one man battle and I don't have any resources. Most of my friends say what I am doing is good but that's it. They have that city way of life and they don't like to get their hands dirty. As I want my kids to enjoy and see what nature has and how good it is to walk in the coutry side and see wildlife. So I am begging everyone that has the same views and passion that I have to contribute to my paypal with penny's so that I can do more. A penny will go a long way.
