I need the initial funds to start Car Rental Business

I am an Ex-Graphic Designer, and I am currently in need of funding. I am a very good driver and a good people person, so recently decided to get into a very lucrative Car Rental service. All I need is the initial funds and the rest I can get a loan which I can pay off monthly from my income from my new business.

To start with I need to get financing to buying a new car MARUTI SUZUKI Swift Dzire Tour, a very popular sedan in India and it is an ideal car for rental purpose.

This is the break down of the money I require:

• Car Swift Dzire Tour (CNG + Petrol) - Rs. 6,74,000 (USD $9,300) on road price in Mumbai
• Tourist permit and Govt. fees - Rs. 15,000 (USD $205)

Financial institutions provide loans for individuals for upto 70% of the base car amount (ex-showroom cost) and I need to arrange the cost of vehicle registration and insurance in addition to other permit and legal fees. So initial funds I require is as follows:

• Down payment on the car Rs. 1,50,000 (USD $2,060)
• Car insurance and registration plus other misc. fees Rs. 1,02,000 (USD $1,400)
• Government permits and legal fees Rs. 25,000 (USD $350)

The final money I require is Rs. 2,77,000 (USD $3,800) to begin my enterprise.

I will also provide updates and details to all my contributors with photos of purchase, expenses and legal process every step of the way.

I have also decided to return all the money to each contributors their amount once I settle my business. I know it's difficult to trust me on this but I don't have a way to prove my honesty (I also believe in Karma :)). All in all this is like a loan to get me started.
