Firstly, thanks for looking at our appeal!!
We are a small uk dog training and behaviour business who is desperately trying to raise money for the protection of Rhino's from poaching at The Ol Pejeta Conservancy, Kenya. Following a six week voluntary placement at the conservancy to train the attack and tracker dogs and their handlers, it has become apparent how critical the dog section is in the fight against poachers. The Ol Pejeta Conservancy is home to the critically endangered Northern White Rhino who are constantly under threat for their horns. There are just seven left in the world, with the conservancy closely guarding four of them.
Via the use of specially trained dogs the conservancy is working tirelessly to protect not only these but all breeds of Rhino who are left to die barbarically after their horn has been removed by poachers.
We would like to be able to provide the conservancy with much needed equipment such as night vision equipment, leads, tracker lines, binoculars, dog armour and laptops.
Without the use of anti-poaching dog units these beautiful creatures will be lost forever!!
Please help in any way you can, no matter how small the donation ...it all makes a difference!!
