A book is an element of the culture of the nation, an integral part and the main carrier of a common culture, a universal keeper of social experience, a means of preserving information, a means of communication and a product that accompanies a person all his life.

The project on the creation of the Publishing Company "Imyarek" has two socially significant loads. The first is the project aimed at helping out the social implementation of orphan youth and youth from the category of "people with special needs", including people with disabilities and handicapped wheelchairs who especially need attention and support in the current conditions of development of society. Accordingly, the collective will be formed from the representatives of the above-mentioned youth categories with specialized education and an urgent need for employment. The second - a special place in the activity of the enterprise will take on the identification and full support of talented young prose writers and poets, activization and popularization of their art, the formation of a sense of necessity and involvement in the history and culture of their native land in a talented creative youth, the motivation of creative youth in artistic changes, the desire to reintegrate into the world of writer community, encouraging the development of their own genius, creativity, intelligence and their potential powers, which will contribute to high-quality self-realization and creation opportunities in search of their place in creative society and popularization of young Ukrainian writers and poets in the world.

Paradoxically, but the very young, creative, progressive personality has no way to break into the creative Olympus on its own, because the crisis and the reluctance of publishers to take risks, cooperating with young unknown names, leads to the fact that Ukrainian literature does not have talented literary debutant s. Somewhere there live young future Gogols, Shevchenkos, Frankos, Kobylianskiys, Kotsyubinskiys, Lesia Ukrainkas, Marco Vovchoks having no real opportunity to share their opus magnum with humanity.

In modern difficult development conditions of our society, the role and importance of the intellectual fund of the nation is constantly increasing, the value and cost of knowledge increase and their main source is polygraphic production.

The greatest danger to the polygraph product nowadays is the attitude of children and young people who with the intensive development of technology, lose their reading skills, but this problem lies entirely in the plane of education in families, preschools and educational institutions, and it needs to be as quickly as possible responded by parents, educators and teachers.
