When Disasters Come All At Once!

Back in 2016, I have taken a backpacker's adventure to one of our most beautiful lands; The Philippines, renting a room at AirBnB I didn't expect what was next!

The home owner was a very kind and generous Persian young man, Ehsan along with his welcoming Filipina partner Blanche and their beautiful dog Sia "Means Black in Farsi".

As me too coming from the Middle East "Egypt" seems like he has been missing all the Middle Eastern people and habits and was super kind to me starting from waiting for me at Manila Airport and even showing me around their beautiful country and its extraordinary places from Manila, to Tagaytay, and Boracay.... they even offered giving me money when i had no local currency!

They showed me the true meaning of home away from home and even now in 2020 we are still in Contact calling them my family.

**During all the chaos happening in 2020 with the Corona-virus spreading, and Ehsan having his Visa expiring; he had to shut down the Internet Cyber cafe he runs waiting for the situation to improve in Manila but unfortunately it only got worse, when Ehsan got an inflamed bruised toe that requires a surgical attention ASAP!

like it was needed; with shutting down his business, his expired visa can't be renewed now because of money and most of the governmental establishments closing down due to the current COVID-19 situation, and eventually his landlord asking for the rental otherwise they will be kicked out even if it is illegal with all what is going on.

As a tribute to my Persian/Filipino family I have luckily gained, and believing in humanity across the globe; I have decided to sign up for this fundraising asking everybody to help them stand tall again starting with priorities: applying for the toe surgery, then renewing the visa, and then paying all the payments they due.

I have faith in humanity and our good dead.

***N.B As I am not an American citizen neither they are, we had to ask for the amount in Euros as per the website's recommendation for a further smooth withdrawal but actually the amount desired is equivalent to USD5000 in Philippines Pesos.
