Wheelchairs for the elderly

hello. My name is Shaun. I live in Alexandra Township, Johannesburg, South Africa. I have an 84 year old grandmother who can't walk properly or for long distances due to a back injury. She also needs plenty of special medication due to this, which we have to buy on our own which is very costly at around $65 per month. I'm appealing to anyone for assistance as no act of charity is too small or big. Should there be any leftover money , It will be donated to a local charity supplying old and young people with free wheelchairs, food items and clothing.
