Wheelchair & Medical Supplies Fundraiser

- Niekie Robberts-

Hi, my name is Niekie Robberts. I am 39 years of age.

I have been confined to a wheelchair for 20 years due to a motor vehicle accident in the year 2000, I broke my spinal cord and it left me paralyzed from the waist down. For the long period of time spent in hospitals after the accident I developed severe pressure sores on my coccyx and buttocks. Physicians did skin transplants but it was unsuccessful and left me with more skin tissue damage and open wounds unable to heal till this day, Therefore I am in constant need of medical supplies like Catheters, plasters, ointments, linen savers, antibiotics etc, just to name a few.

I am also in need of a new wheelchair, a special cushion and a new memory foam matrass designed for and to aid in the prevention of any further pressure sores. My wheelchair is already 15 years old and not in the best condition anymore. Medical equipment is very expensive and it is not always possible to get all necessary supplies from our local state clinics.

I would be very grateful to anyone who wishes to contribute to my aid and would like to thank you in advance.

Funds raised will be managed by the following Parties.
