What does mental illness mean to you?

Hello everyone I'm Nedal

I've been diagnosed with depression last year,I have to admit that it's not easy to live with such a condition I tried to kill myself more than 5 times ,I'm much better now as I'm on a high does of antidepressant, I've got a good treatment in the United States but I had to go back to the uk again and since NHS isn't that great I got worse for a little while until I started taking a very high dose of the antidepressant ,anyhow at that time one of myfriends called me crazy and that hurt me so badly and for that reason I started thinking about making a huge event at swansea university, I want to make a speach about the common mental health problems and how to improve the mental health service in the UK. after that I will make another event at the mental hospital in swansea there will be so many fun activities and contests with patients I'm looking forward to start the event right after I raise the money,I'm very excited to run such an event
