Update on Niselle:

Great NEWS!
12 days after transplant and we have received confirmation of stem cell growth.
After a weekend of excruciating pain for Niselle, there is positive indication of marrow activity and her blood work shows that the antibodies and her white blood cells are increasing.
Niselle will be headed for a tough week of fever, temperature spikes and body pain due to this growth of NEW stem cells which will be closely monitored with morphine.

"Niselle, we are so proud of you! ..What an example you set for us all!
May you find the STRENGTH and COURAGE to push through this next week as we are supporting you the whole way!"

Update on Niselle (age 20)

We have WONDERFUL news!

Niselle received her LIFE SAVING stem cell transplant this week and successfully managed to complete the infusion of the new stem cells.

She is currently under close supervision of her specialists.

Although she is experiencing tremendous pain throughout her body, this is a good sign as the body accepts the cells and transports them to various parts of her body.

The next 10 days are the most vital as the stem cells start growing, so we will keep you informed!

What a miracle procedure this is!..giving new life in this way!

PLEASE send Niselle your messages of love and support as we encourage this incredible young woman through this journey most of us could not imagine....a bone marrow transplant!
