In 2013, while i was working in Dubai, Yolanda(Typhoon Haiyan) hit my country that resulted to catastrophic number of casualties. This was a month after the 7.1 magnitude earthquake shook my beloved home province of Bohol. I was able to mobilize resources for a donation drive offline that was able to help my home province during that time, a total of 500 families were provided relief goods. For Yolanda, a two container van from Dubai was shipped to the Philippines containing goods for daily use, clothing, blankets and a lot more with the help of some friends i was working with.
December 16, 2021- is another sad day for us in the Visayas area, most particulary in my home province of Bohol which was directly hit my Super Typhoon Odette at Signal No. 4, houses were brought down to the ground, trees and posts thrown everywhere. There is no water supply when electricity is out which will take months to repair. This is indeed another dark Christmas for the Boholanos. The most important thing right now is drinking water supply, basic food and to rebuild those houses brought down by the typhoon in my neighborhood, relatives and nearby places. I am thankful to the heavens that my family are all safe and our house is intact, but not those around us.
I am raising this online fund to support my cause as part of my DNA to help and be compassionate to others during this difficult time. Initial help was sent using my own personal funds however I believe I could do more with your helping hands which would mean a lot to us. Click=> https://fb.watch/9_vctcxtM_/
