West Loop Alley Cats

Here is their story:

It all started in 2016 when Cynthia Doepke was walking home from work. As she walked passed an alley, she looked over and saw 1 adult cat and 3 kittens staring back at her. She tried to approach and befriend them, but all of them immediately ran off. Over the following weeks she went back to give them treats & food, while trying to figure out their story and where their owner was.
