Friends,
Arthur Owens, beloved brother to Linda Saldana and brother in law to Pastor Jose Saldana, passed recently in an automobile accident. This fundraiser is established in memory of Arthur for the benefit of Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church of Warrenton, Virginia.
