My Family and I did a RentToOwn home contract with a lady she told us that she was the sole owner of this house and did not have any mortgage the title was Clare of loans after living in the house for almost 4 years a friend saw the house posted on a website for sale we investigate and found out that a bank was selling the house and it was in foreclosure we was then ask to put in a bid for the house and we won the bid then COVID19 happen, I lost my job and most of the monies in legal fees for the house I could not get back + the lady who sold us the house we can't get our money back count look at it as rent + she does not have any money to payback so out $60,000. Payment in total is a lost I'm now in desperate need to purchase this house from the bank for $100k before someone else buys it and iam put out on the streets and I can't afford rent at this time iam still living in the house with person's coming in to view it .Help Me Please.
