Wen Degree Tuition Fee Fund Raising

Hi, my name is Wen. I'm a Chinese Malaysian. Currently work as a government servant with the monthly salary RM2400 (800AUD). I am 23 years old and I love mathematics since I was small. Few days ago, I had successfully registered Bachelor of Science Major in Mathematics and statistics (external) in University of Southern Queensland Australia. The university had offer me a place in this program but the tuition fee is a very huge amount for me. Convert to Malaysia currency, it's about 160000MYR + Deposit of 4 subjects with a total amount of 190000MYR. Just because this university is not register under MQA or JPA Malaysia, I can't apply for any study loan. Some of the bank offer me personal loan but when think about the interest, I can't affort it. Maybe some of you will ask, why i dont want to enroll local University,  it is because there is no local university in my state offer part time or online program. I hope people from all around the world, please show your kindness to me, I really need your help. The class will start on 2nd March 2015 and I need atleast 18000AUD before 10th February 2015 for deposit and my 1st year tuition fee. I am begging for all of your help please. Thank you.
