Hello Friends and Family, I was diagnosed with PKD May 15,2014 which is Polycyctic Kidney Disease this is a hereditary disease that no cure is found for at the present time. This just continue to progress until I no longer have kidney function and will need a kidney transplant.. I'm trying to make people aware of this chronic illness and also need support in my cause when the time arise for me to need a transplant. any support would be appreciated monetary, going on PKD awareness.Thank you friends and family I love you all!!
